This is a very long overdue review but I got into rear ended back in December 2018. I sent a message through Yelp on a Sunday morning and I got a reply back within one hour from Michael. He quickly called me to further speak on my case and reassured me that he will be able to take my case. The process was a bit long (that is how it always is) but Michael’s team kept me in the loop throughout the WHOLE process. My case manager, Amanda, was always accessible and was communicative throughout the whole process. Myrna took over the last leg of the case and was extremely communicative. You can tell the team is trained well and does a great job.

I got the results I wanted along with the best service! Definitely go with Michael and his team if you have been involved in an accident.
